📋 Description

• Solution Evangelism • Conduct product demos, workshops, and prepare Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for enterprise prospects. • Translate technical features into business value (e.g., ROI on shelf optimization, loss prevention). • Sales Enablement • Develop region-specific collateral (case studies, battle cards) highlighting CEE retail trends. • Train sales teams on OmniShelf’s AI/ML capabilities and integration with store management systems (supply chain, ERP, POS, reporting). • Technical and Process Discovery • Lead technical and business process scoping calls to uncover prospect needs (e.g., legacy system compatibility, scalability, business process requirements). • Collaborate with product teams to address custom requirements. • Pipeline Acceleration • Qualify leads; prioritize high-potential opportunities in small-format convenience stores, pharmacy, gasoline convenience and mini markets. • Mitigate objections related to data security, deployment timelines, or pricing. • Project and Account Management support • Project Management: Support on client implementations and onboarding to ensure POV, implementation & rollout projects are completed efficiently and on time. • Account Management: Develop long-term relationships with key client stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. • Proactively identify and address client concerns. • Market Intelligence • Keeping up on latest competitive market research and retail trend analysis.

🎯 Requirements

• Sales / Pre-Sales experience: 3-5 years of practical experience in B2B pre-sales, sales engineering for retail tech, SaaS, or enterprise software, proven track record in full-cycle sales (lead to close). • Industry Knowledge: Experience working for FMCG/CPG brands, traditional Retailers, deep understanding of retail operations (e.g: planogram compliance, demand forecasting, pricing analysis, category management, merchandising, POS, etc). • IT Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT products and B2B SaaS, with experience in client onboarding and implementation. • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective collaboration with clients and teams. • Language Proficiency: Essential proficiency in English and an additional native language will be an added advantage (Polish, Czech, French, German, etc). • Location Flexibility: Willingness to work and travel to meet regional client needs. • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Technology, or a related field.
