📋 Description

• Assist in preparing and delivering compelling product demonstrations and workshops for enterprise prospects • Support the development and localization of sales materials • Participate in technical and business process scoping calls • Partner with the APAC sales team to qualify opportunities • Provide support during the handover from sales to delivery • Gather and share insights on Japanese retail trends

🎯 Requirements

• 4 - 5 years of experience in B2B pre-sales support, sales engineering, or technical support roles • Prior experience working with FMCG/CPG brands or traditional retailers • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS products • Proven ability to understand client business needs • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Native in Japanese and Full professional proficiency in English • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Technology, or related field
