📋 Description
• You ensure full compliance of all products and evaluate formulations, labeling and packaging (LMIV/Food Information Regulation, health claims, novel foods) • You build scalable processes that enable fast yet safe product innovations and develop internal guidelines • You support innovations (e.g., ready-to-eat, soups) from idea to launch, maintain product dossiers and assess specific requirements for new categories • You critically review marketing claims and promotional statements, ensuring we communicate boldly but in a legally compliant manner • You act as the central contact for authorities and external partners and advise the team professionally on complex issues
🎯 Requirements
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Regulatory Affairs or product compliance (FMCG/food) • A completed degree (e.g., Food Law, Nutritional Science/Ökotrophology or similar) • Solid knowledge of the Food Information Regulation (LMIV) and the Packaging Act (VerpackG) • A deep understanding of health claims and novel foods (Novel Food) • You work proactively and in a structured way and maintain an overview even with complex issues • You see yourself as an 'enabler' for innovation
