• You independently drive conversion optimization. • You take full ownership of the ongoing business, maintenance and development of the Shopify store: products, collections, category logic, content and releases. • Confidently and based on hands-on experience, you create bundles, upsells and cross-sells, as well as subscription offerings. • Using Shopify Analytics, GA4, Klar or Microsoft Clarity, you build a data-driven basis for decisions and derive concrete measures. • You independently and scalably ensure the quality of releases, product data and shop functionality. • You plan and execute promotions, launches and campaigns — in close coordination with Marketing, CRM, Product and Tech.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience operating and developing a Shopify store, ideally Shopify Plus. • Proven experience in conversion optimization, including ownership of A/B testing and a data-driven approach. • Structured, quality-conscious and independent working style with a strong funnel and customer-experience mindset. • Tools: Shopify, ABLyft and Varify (or equivalents), Clarity, GA4, Notion, Miro. • Confident use of AI tools in daily work and experience working in agile, cross-functional teams using Kanban or Scrum. • German at native level (C2) and solid working-level English (B2).
