📋 Description

• Develop e-commerce strategy and concept from scratch – for the existing product and a scalable product roadmap • Define customer journeys and associated pains/gains and targeting/messaging logic • Build the shop landscape: select and design the appropriate shop system, assortment and product logic • Marketing setup via performance marketing (build channels, define campaign logic) • Content marketing strategy including an editorial calendar – establish channels and manage them continuously • Target audience strategy for gastronomy professionals: channels, messaging, customer journey

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience as an e-commerce consultant or strategic lead – ideally with greenfield/0-to-1 experience rather than only optimizing existing shops • Understanding of shop systems, their selection and architecture • Proven track record in building e-commerce business models (DTC) • Strong consulting skills, storytelling in corporates and B2B organizations, and stakeholder management • Solid expertise in performance and content marketing across multiple channels • Experience setting up and executing cross-channel marketing strategies in B2B e-commerce • Strategic and conceptual thinking combined with hands-on implementation skills • Experience in B2B or the gastronomy/foodservice environment is welcome but not required
