• Own the vision and roadmap for your domain, ensuring it aligns with company strategy. • Translate insights and priorities into an outcome-driven roadmap. • Lead a cross-functional squad to deliver measurable value for customers. • Champion the voice of the customer to inform decision-making. • Define clear Goals and Key Metrics to connect outputs to outcomes.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a digital, eCommerce, or SaaS environment. • Strong understanding of Agile delivery and backlog management. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence without authority. • Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence and BI tools such as Looker Studio or similar. • The confidence and curiosity to act as the subject matter expert and go-to contact for your domain. • A focus on measurable outcomes with a clear ability to link delivery to impact.
