• Drive analysis of SaaS-specific KPIs, including ARR, MRR, CAC, CLV, and churn rate, to inform business strategy • Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior leadership in collaboration with the VP of FP&A • Manage and refine financial models to improve forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning • Create and maintain dynamic dashboards using Power BI, Power Query, and Google Sheets to provide real-time insights • Develop clear and impactful visualizations to communicate financial performance trends and key business drivers • Work closely with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and provide financial guidance • Collaborate with operational teams to align on financial goals and deliver actionable recommendations • Assist in the execution of finance transformation projects, including workflow automation and system enhancements
• Master degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field • 5-10 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or a related role, ideally in a SaaS environment • Fluent in English, with strong communication and presentation skills • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Power Query, Power Pivot, Microsoft Business Central, Excel, Tableau, SQL and Google Sheets • Strong understanding of SaaS KPIs such as ARR, MRR, CAC, CLV, and churn rate • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior and operational stakeholders while confidently challenging the status quo • Experience with Corporate Performance Management (CPM) tools and finance transformation initiatives is a plus • Strong financial modeling and scenario planning expertise
