πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Support management and oversight of contract performance and program execution activities. β€’ Plan, coordinate, and manage project and task-level activities supporting nationwide credentialing operations. β€’ Prepare and present project schedules, costs, deliverables, risks, and mitigation strategies to Government leadership. β€’ Support ICAM and HSPD-12 program management activities. β€’ Attend ICAM, BPA, leadership, and program meetings as required. β€’ Prepare meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and action item trackers. β€’ Coordinate contractor work assignments and monitor completion of assigned activities. β€’ Support workforce management activities and staffing coordination efforts. β€’ Coordinate activities with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and Government stakeholders. β€’ Track program action items and support issue resolution activities. β€’ Monitor travel budgets and expenditures and provide expenditure reporting. β€’ Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc status reports as required by the Government. β€’ Maintain and support Quality Control Plan (QCP) activities and updates. β€’ Provide support to the ICAM Headquarters office in Washington, DC as required. β€’ Advise Government leadership regarding effective utilization of information technology systems and business process improvements. β€’ Support business process reengineering and systems modernization initiatives. β€’ Ensure compliance with contract requirements, service levels, and performance standards. β€’ Support transition planning and knowledge transfer activities when required.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree is required. Four (4) years of directly related experience may be substituted in lieu of the education requirement. β€’ Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required. β€’ Seven (7) or more years of program management, project management, or operations management experience supporting federal programs, enterprise IT programs, or large-scale operations is preferred. β€’ Experience managing projects involving geographically dispersed teams and multi-site operations. β€’ Knowledge of HSPD-12 directives, PIV credentialing, FIPS 201, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), and Federal Identity, Credential, and Access Management (FICAM) principles. β€’ Experience supporting credential issuance and maintenance operations. β€’ Experience using the USAccess system and supporting federal credentialing environments is preferred. β€’ Familiarity with Fixed and Mobile Credentialing Units, Fargo printers, laptops, desktops, copier and multifunction devices, and Light Activation Kits. β€’ Experience with Quality Control Plan (QCP) management, risk mitigation tracking, workforce management, and performance reporting. β€’ Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently on assigned tasks. β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. β€’ Strong organizational and time management skills. β€’ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. β€’ Knowledge of Microsoft Access, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Excel is required. β€’ Must be available during Eastern Time business hours to support IRS, ICAM, COR, and leadership meetings and reporting requirements. β€’ Must be eligible to obtain and maintain IRS staff-like access under the IRS Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) standard, including a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI), tax compliance review, and credit check. β€’ Must be a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident in accordance with position requirements. β€’ Must remain compliant with federal tax obligations. β€’ Males born after December 31, 1959 must meet Selective Service registration requirements. β€’ Must complete required IRS security training and maintain an active PIV or SmartID credential where applicable.
