📋 Description

• Treat patients via telehealth visits, including video visit appointments, and message-based care • Manage patients with a broad array of patient needs virtually, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits • Adopt standard work and clinical protocols for evidence-based clinical care • Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities • Ongoing collaboration with teammates and leadership via daily huddles • Collaborative oversight of 4-8 NP or PA colleagues

🎯 Requirements

• Completed an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program • Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in a primary care or virtual primary care setting • Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine • Active state license in either CA, NY or DC • Minimum of 25 state licenses and willingness to obtain and maintain additional licenses with the support of our One Medical Credentialing Team • Experience with virtual care and/or virtual primary care preferred
