📋 Description

• Design and deliver new features that scale with our growing customer base and help ensure a seamless mobile experience for cash advances. • Collaborate closely with other engineers to ship high-quality code. We enjoy partnering on tough problems unique to cash advance products. • Create and maintain clear documentation — a must-have for a growing, remote organization. • Tackle complex challenges at scale, including sensitive financial data, real-time advances, and compliance requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience shipping and scaling user-facing applications or backend services. • Experience working on mobile or user-facing applications — ideally with React Native or similar frameworks. • Passion for your craft and care for the people you work with — you value quality across code, communication, and culture. • Drive and proactivity - everyone here is a builder and executor.
