📋 Description

• supports all aspects of financial analysis related to clients’ benefit programs • works closely and collaboratively with other members of the financial support team • delivers benefit and financial illustrations for clients to evaluate their benefit plans • identifies risk in existing benefit plans through data analytics • mines data from primary and secondary sources and cleans raw data • creates and maintains documentation of analytics processes • collaborates with Account Managers to review client utilization reports • drafts client reports and analyzes data for product changes

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience • Bachelor’s degree, required; Business, Finance, Math, Accounting or related field, preferred • Proficient in all Microsoft Office products, required • Advanced/Expert Level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, required • Experience in the healthcare industry working for a group insurance carrier, broker or consultant, preferred • Knowledge of group insurance including medical, dental, CDHP, pharmacy, life and disability products, strongly preferred • Experience with database applications, a plus
