• Oversees all aspects of financial services business for a specific region. • Drives strategic growth and cultivates high-performing teams. • Develops and executes a comprehensive business plan. • Ensures exceptional client service delivery. • Drives new organic and inorganic business. • Responsible for the rollup of all Financial Services P&Ls within the region. • Accountable for achieving growth (sales and retention) and financial (revenue, EBITDA, margin) plans. • Proactive collaboration with key leaders to ensure financial growth and success.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record of successfully leading and growing a large sales team in the financial services space, with a focus on exceeding sales goals. • Strong financial acumen and experience with P&L management. • Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing successful business strategies for financial services organizations. • Strong understanding of fiduciary best practices, including ERISA regulations, and current industry trends. • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and coach a diverse team. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels. • Proven strategic thinking and business acumen, with a focus on driving profitability and shareholder value. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). • Demonstrated discipline utilizing a CRM as a comprehensive business tool, Salesforce preferred. • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business and technology environment. • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
