📋 Description

• Own end-to-end coordination of PEO RFP responses, including gathering census data, plan design details, pricing inputs, and compliance requirements • Ensure all RFP submissions are accurate, complete, and delivered on time • Act as the primary liaison between sales and underwriting to ensure clean, complete submissions • Prepare and assemble PEO closing kits, including service agreements, census data, and required compliance documentation • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records (Salesforce) including deal stage, notes, next steps, and documentation • Serve as the central point of coordination across Sales, Underwriting, Benefits, Legal, Implementation

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in complex B2B sales support • Experience managing multi-step complex deal cycles (preferred: RFPs and underwriting processes) • Preferred understanding of: Employee benefits, Payroll data, Risk/underwriting workflows • Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel (data validation), and presentation tools • Exceptional organizational and project management skills • Ability to manage multiple deals and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
