📋 Description

• Support feature design discussions with technical insights and implementation considerations • Implement complex features and enhancements based on architectural and product specifications • Write high-quality, secure, and maintainable code • Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards • Perform technical investigations and root cause analysis of customer-reported issues • Participate in on-call rotation and incident resolution • Improve system reliability, performance, and maintainability • Develop and maintain automated unit and integration tests • Collaborate with Product Management, Architects, Security, and Technical Communication teams • Identify technical debt and propose improvements • Own delivery, quality, and production stability for assigned work

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software development experience • Strong knowledge of C# / .NET ecosystem • Strong knowledge of SQL, MS-SQL, and database performance optimization • Strong knowledge of REST APIs • Strong knowledge of Active Directory • Knowledge of secure coding practices • Experience working with complex enterprise platforms • Confident English proficiency, both written and spoken • Strong debugging and analytical skills • Experience with AI-assisted development tools or openness to actively adopt them • Clear and structured communication skills • Strong ownership mindset and quality-driven approach • Experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) domain (preferred) • Understanding of access lifecycle management and governance concepts (preferred) • Experience working with enterprise customers and production environments (preferred) • Cloud platform experience, Azure preferred (preferred) • CI/CD and DevOps experience (preferred)
