📋 Description

• Run outbound and paid growth experiments end to end, including list building, copywriting, sending, analyzing results, and discontinuing ineffective campaigns • Own the funnel from signup to first paid render and identify user drop-off causes • Speak with users through calls and chat and report their actual feedback • Test products before release, document bugs, and advocate for important product changes • Analyze competing tools, pricing, capabilities, and competitive advantages • Handle urgent operational tasks involving vendors, spreadsheets, hiring pipelines, or launches

🎯 Requirements

• AI generalist experience and daily use of AI tools • Knowledge of which AI tools to use and their limitations • Experience building something with AI tools • Ability to write some code with assistance from an AI model; engineering background not required • High agency and ability to close loops independently • Comfort working with numbers and spreadsheets • Clear, concise writing • Preference for speed over polish • Final-year student or 2026 graduate • Any degree
