📋 Description

• Support craft businesses with digitalization and inspire them to adopt TAIFUN software solutions • Actively acquire new craft businesses as customers • Sustainably develop existing customer relationships within the sales territory • Present software solutions convincingly on-site or online • Configure software solutions according to customer requirements • Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact through contract signing • Identify market potential and new sales opportunities • Monitor developments in the craft business sector • Use key performance indicators to manage activities and measure success • Represent the company at trade fairs and events hosted by wholesalers • Work closely with internal teams to ensure an optimal customer journey

🎯 Requirements

• Enjoyment of sales and a strong customer- and service-oriented approach • Engaging, personable manner and excellent communication skills • Ideally, experience selling products that require explanation or involve a high degree of complexity • Sound IT skills and an interest in digital solutions • Structured, reliable, and self-directed approach to work • Completed commercial or technical training and/or a university degree • Valid driver's license • Willingness to travel within the sales territory
