📋 Description

• Independently manage day-to-day accounting for several companies within the OneQrew Group • Handle accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger accounting • Take responsibility for payment transactions and collections • Support and actively contribute to monthly and annual financial closings in accordance with German Commercial Code (HGB) • Prepare and submit monthly filings, particularly advance VAT returns and recapitulative statements (EC Sales Lists) • Reconcile accounts, particularly in intercompany accounting and fixed asset accounting • Act as a point of contact for tax advisors and auditors • Contribute to the optimization and automation of accounting processes • Support the ongoing development of efficient, group-wide finance standards

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial training, ideally as a tax clerk, or further education in finance and accounting • Several years of professional experience in accounting, ideally at least five years • Strong practical knowledge of preparing monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB, as well as tax law • Ideally, experience supporting multiple companies or more complex accounting structures • Proficiency in DATEV • Very good Microsoft Excel skills • Independent, structured, and process-oriented approach to work • High degree of accuracy, reliability, and initiative • Strong teamwork skills and enthusiasm for collaboration in a remote setup • Very good German language skills • English language skills are a plus
