📋 Description

• Independently manage and deliver projects • Implement new tools and processes • Manage operational finance processes, including reporting, analysis, budget preparation, and the management of monthly and annual financial statements • Develop and optimize liquidity forecasts, business cases, and other financial models • Identify and implement efficient processes, automations, and finance tools • Collaborate with tax advisors, auditors, tax authorities, investors, banks, and other relevant stakeholders • Collaborate with clients on a project basis, primarily remotely and on-site as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in finance, ideally in a start-up, SME, or consulting environment • Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills • Experience with PowerPoint or similar tools for visualizing and presenting data • Experience with accounting systems such as DATEV and NetSuite • Knowledge of common finance tools for process optimization, such as credit card and invoicing tools • Basic understanding of all finance processes, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), banking, and payroll • Experience with standard financial analyses and reports, such as SuSa, BWA, cash flow, forecasts, and budgets • Strong German communication skills, at least C1 level • Strong English communication skills, at least B2 level • Self-directed and structured approach to work, with an eye for optimization opportunities • Interest in project-based work and willingness to support clients remotely and, depending on the project, on-site to a limited extent
