📋 Description

• Support participants throughout their professional qualification program • Provide assistance with technical questions relating to financial accounting, tax law, and accounting • Conduct learning progress discussions and document participants’ progress • Identify support needs and develop suitable solutions • Promote independent learning and effective learning organization • Support participants in using digital learning media and platforms • Collaborate with subject-matter trainers and internal stakeholders • Foster the development of course participants’ competencies

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant vocational training combined with professional experience as a financial accountant or tax clerk • In-depth knowledge of financial accounting and double-entry bookkeeping in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) • Good knowledge of annual financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash-basis accounting (EÜR) • Good knowledge of German tax law, particularly VAT, income tax, and the German Fiscal Code (AO) • Advanced practical knowledge of DATEV • Knowledge of cost and activity accounting (KLR) and basic controlling principles • Previous experience as a trainer or lecturer is desirable • Evidence of pedagogical aptitude
