📋 Description

• Independently manage the accounting of several companies within the OneQrew Group • Handle day-to-day accounting for multiple companies • Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger accounting • Oversee payment transactions and dunning procedures • Support and actively contribute to monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB • Prepare and submit monthly filings, particularly VAT advance returns and EC Sales Lists (ZM) • Reconcile accounts, particularly intercompany accounts and fixed assets • Act as a point of contact for tax advisors and auditors • Contribute to the optimization and automation of accounting processes • Support the development of efficient, group-wide finance standards

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial training, ideally as a tax clerk (m/f/d), or further training in finance and accounting • Several years of professional experience in accounting, ideally at least five years • Strong practical knowledge of preparing monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB, as well as tax law • Experience managing multiple companies or more complex accounting structures is an advantage • Proficiency in DATEV • Excellent Excel skills • Independent, structured, and process-oriented approach to work • High degree of accuracy, reliability, and initiative • Team player who enjoys collaborating in a remote setup • Very good German language skills • English language skills are an advantage
