📋 Description

• Map business processes from initial trigger or input through final outcome and ownership • Break processes into steps, responsibilities, decision points, business rules, edge cases, data and systems • Identify dependencies between systems and processes • Create and maintain clear, structured, reusable process documentation • Build and maintain a consistent company knowledge base • Identify processes that can be simplified, redesigned or automated • Analyse business impact of improvements, including time savings, reduced manual work, fewer errors and lower costs • Design and iteratively refine TO-BE processes with process owners • Work with the technical team during development and testing • Validate implementation of business logic and resolve newly discovered rules and edge cases • Continuously update processes and documentation as the business and systems evolve • Measure whether process improvements deliver expected results • Use AI to structure interviews, create initial process maps, identify missing information and contradictions, structure rules and edge cases, analyse processes, identify automation opportunities, and maintain the knowledge base

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in Business Analysis, Process Analysis or Systems Analysis • Ability to break down and structure complex business processes • Ability to identify missing rules, exceptions and contradictions • Comfortable working at the intersection of business, data and IT systems • End-to-end process thinking • Understanding of how process design connects with implementation and business outcomes • Interest in process automation and optimisation • Active use of AI tools to make work faster and better • Independent, systematic and highly structured approach
