📋 Description

• Evaluate legal ops maturity and define prioritized roadmaps with measurable KPIs • Redesign workflows, roles, and controls; implement operating models and governance • Recommend and guide implementation/expansion of Onit products and integrated tools • Build metrics, dashboards, and reporting to monitor performance • Lead enablement, training, and communications to drive stakeholder buy-in • Collaborate with pre-sales/sales on discovery and value cases • Provide structured input to product leadership on enhancements • Develop client-ready artifacts that codify best practices and market insights

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, or related field; advanced degree (MBA/JD) a plus • 7+ years in legal operations, consulting, or business process improvement within a corporate legal department, law firm, or legal tech provider • Proven success implementing and optimizing ELM/e-billing, matter management, CLM, and legal tech; strong understanding of integrations and data flows • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex operational and financial data, define KPIs, and translate insights into clear recommendations and roadmaps • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Strong project/program management skills across discovery, design, implementation, and change management • Business acumen to align legal strategies with enterprise goals and build value/ROI cases
