📋 Description

• Turn complex workflows into clear, intuitive user experiences • Collaborate deeply with product and engineering—no silos • Ensure consistency and quality across experiences by applying design systems, patterns, and accessibility best practices. • Design AI-native and automation-driven experiences • Prototype quickly to test thinking and align engineering • Communicate design rationale clearly to cross-functional partners and stakeholders. • Support the evolution of design processes, tools, and standards through participation and feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years designing complex SaaS or enterprise products • Strong interaction design and systems thinking • Experience with data-dense UIs and multi-state workflows • Comfort designing AI-forward or automation-based experiences • Bias toward clarity, quality, and shipping over perfectionism • High ownership, low ego • Able to explain decisions clearly and defend them thoughtfully • Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience. • Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Lovable/Cursor/v0, etc) and familiarity with enterprise development workflows.
