📋 Description

• Leading and developing your store managers • Close collaboration with Buying, Merchandising and Brand Management • Responsibility for all staff in your area • Responsibility for the optimal organisation of your stores • Implementing corporate guidelines and ensuring compliance with our routines • Personnel development, conducting training and workshops • Ensuring staff scheduling based on store traffic • Demonstrating service and customer orientation by example • Actively selling on the shop floor • Leading and conducting inventories • Planning promotional activities for your area

🎯 Requirements

• Work experience as an Area Manager • Leadership skills and proven experience • Team player with excellent communication skills • A proactive attitude and the awareness of the importance of leading by example • Successfully completed vocational training in the textile/fashion sector • Strong interest in fashion and knowledge of the market • Excellent numerical skills • Entrepreneurial mindset • Proficient with Microsoft Office
