• You share responsibility for all shop operations • You create a great shopping experience for our customers together with the team • You coordinate daily business in consultation with the Shop Manager • You always keep an eye on the overall commercial performance • You assist and support the Shop Manager • You inspire and motivate the team

🎯 Requirements

• You have a solid commercial/business qualification • You have an affinity for numbers and strong commercial acumen • You have a strong interest in fashion and a good sense for trends • You are a true team player with good communication skills • You are familiar with the Microsoft Office suite
