📋 Description

• You coordinate the store's daily operations • (Further) development of your team through training and guidance • Merchandising – implementation of visual merchandising/display guidelines • Planning of in-store activities • Efficient and effective staff scheduling • Analysis of store financial performance • Active sales and customer engagement

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in business/commerce • Experience as a store manager in textile/fashion retail • Strong affinity for numbers and solid commercial/business acumen • Leadership skills and strong interpersonal competence • Strong interest in fashion and trends • Team player with excellent communication skills • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
