• Group-wide handling of the following topics: development and implementation of process standards for process management. • Monitoring and administration of the process management system, ensuring correct modeling and compliance with defined process standards and process modeling. • Implementation of requirements from the CSRD framework at our RENK sites. • Operational implementation of legal and customer requirements in the area of material compliance (e.g., REACH, RoHS).
• Qualification: You have a successfully completed degree in engineering or a natural science, or an equivalent qualification. • Experience: You have relevant professional experience in process management; additional experience in product-related environmental management (including material compliance, sustainability management) complements your profile. • Professional expertise: You possess solid knowledge in process modeling; further knowledge of relevant material compliance regulations (including REACH), CSRD (ESG) and Product Carbon Footprint is advantageous. • Personal commitment: Your working style is characterized by teamwork and reliability. • Analytical skills: You are distinguished by a systematic-methodical approach as well as strong implementation and conceptual skills. Confident and independent project management completes your profile. • Language skills: You have very good written and spoken English and German.
