📋 Description

• You collect, structure and convey knowledge on energy, water and mobility topics within the customer service team • You develop training concepts to improve knowledge transfer • You contribute to process design, process optimization and the digitalization of knowledge management • You manage the updating of knowledge and its transfer into teams in coordination with the leadership team • You take responsibility within customer service and actively help shape the digitalization of knowledge management for the specialist department • You participate in cross-functional projects

🎯 Requirements

• Completed bachelor's degree in media/communications or a comparable qualification • Structured, independent way of working and a high level of personal responsibility • Enjoyment of complex tasks • Strong skills in facilitation, active listening, knowledge transfer, motivation and acting as an initiator • Enjoy interacting with people and a high degree of interpersonal openness • Quick comprehension and a high level of commitment • Experience in adult education and corresponding methodological competence • Strong team and communication skills as well as a continuous willingness to learn • German language level: at least C1 for successful collaboration
