📋 Description
• You coordinate the daily business operations • Develop and advance your team through training and coaching • Merchandising – implementation of presentation guidelines • Plan activities and events in the store • Efficient and effective staffing and scheduling • Conduct store performance and financial analysis • Proactive, active selling
🎯 Requirements
• Completed commercial/retail training or equivalent qualification • Experience as a store manager in apparel/textile retail • Strong numerical aptitude and commercial/business acumen • Leadership skills and high social/interpersonal competence • Strong interest in fashion and trends • Team player with good communication skills • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
