📋 Description

• Define the strategic direction of the HSE organization for Service in Germany and Austria • Provide technical leadership to HSE Managers in the Service area • Serve as the appointed Occupational Safety Specialist (appointed safety officer) for the Service area • Adapt and further develop the HSE process • Provide end-to-end advice and support to Service Management • Support the conduct of incident investigations • Contribute to the development and implementation of HSE programs and the continuous improvement of the HSE management system • Implement HSE customer requirements • Participate in internal and external audits and track HSE improvements and corrective actions • Take part in and lead internal meetings • Participate in meetings with customers, external service providers and authorities

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in a technical-industrial company • Successfully completed training as an Occupational Safety Specialist (Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit) or a comparable qualification • Leadership experience is desirable • Knowledge of Quality (ISO 9001), Environmental (ISO 14001) and Health & Safety (ISO 45001) standards • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken, required • Team player with strong self-organization and excellent organizational skills • Excellent communication skills and assertiveness • Physically able and certified to work at heights (GWO certificates)
