📋 Description

• Coordinate day-to-day store operations • Develop and coach your team through training and guidance • Merchandising – implement visual merchandising and presentation guidelines • Plan in-store activities • Efficient and effective staff planning • Conduct financial and operational store analyses • Drive sales through active selling

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial or retail vocational training (or equivalent) • Experience as a store manager in fashion/textile retail • Strong affinity for numbers and sound commercial/business acumen • Leadership skills and strong interpersonal competence • Strong interest in fashion and trends • Team player with good communication skills • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
