📋 Description

• You coordinate daily business operations • Develop and advance your team through training and coaching • Merchandising – implementation of visual merchandising and presentation guidelines • Planning and organizing in-store activities • Efficient and effective staff planning and scheduling • Financial and business analysis of the store • Actively driving sales

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent business qualification • Relevant experience in textile/apparel retail and ideally previous experience managing a store • Strong affinity for numbers and sound commercial/business acumen • Leadership skills and strong interpersonal competence • Strong interest in fashion and trends • Team player with good communication skills • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
