• Support in the initiation phase of new projects, including clarifying project requirements and defining scope and objectives • Conduct stakeholder, risk and cost–benefit analyses • Organize, prepare and support kick-off meetings and project-related coordination • Support project and executive management with structured input and independent administrative tasks • Use and maintain project management and IT tools for project control and documentation • Assist in organizing, controlling and monitoring operational processes within the project environment • Reporting, project controlling and creation, maintenance and archiving of project-relevant documents, including correspondence with project partners and internal interfaces
• Successfully completed commercial training in a logistics environment, e.g. freight forwarding and logistics services clerk or wholesale and foreign trade management clerk; alternatively a degree in business administration • Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in project management for warehousing and logistics • Experience in warehouse operations, contract logistics and supply chain is an advantage • Innovative and analytical mindset to assess complex project requirements in a structured way and to perform sound analyses • Assertiveness combined with strong organizational skills to clearly define project goals and steer coordination processes • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach for professional collaboration with project partners, internal stakeholders and executive management • Solution-focused and independent working style to proactively identify and address operational challenges in day-to-day project work
