📋 Description

• You coordinate daily store operations • Develop your team through training and coaching • Merchandising – implement visual merchandising and presentation guidelines • Plan in-store activities and events • Efficient and effective workforce planning and scheduling • Conduct financial and operational store analysis • Actively engage in sales and customer service

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial/vocational training (e.g., retail apprenticeship) • Relevant experience in fashion/textile retail • Preferably experience in store leadership or management • Strong numerical skills and commercial/business acumen • Leadership qualities and strong interpersonal skills • Genuine interest in fashion and trends • Team player with good communication skills • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
