• You coordinate daily store operations • Develop and further develop your team through training and coaching • Merchandising – implementation of visual presentation and display guidelines • Planning of in-store activities • Efficient and effective staff planning and scheduling • Conducting financial and business analysis of the store • Active selling
🎯 Requirements
• Completed commercial or business-related vocational training (or equivalent) • Experience as a store manager in apparel/textile retail • Strong numeracy and commercial/business acumen • Leadership skills and strong interpersonal competence • Strong interest in fashion and trends • Team player with good communication skills • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite
