• Completed commercial/vocational training or equivalent • Experience as a store manager in fashion/apparel retail • Strong affinity for numbers and solid commercial/business acumen • Leadership skills and strong interpersonal competence • Strong interest in fashion and trends • Team player with good communication skills • Familiarity with Microsoft Office
