📋 Description

• You coordinate the day-to-day business operations • (Further) development of your team through training and coaching • Merchandising – implementing visual merchandising/presentation guidelines • Planning of in-store activities • Efficient and effective staff planning • Analyzing the store's financial/performance results • Active selling

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., retail or business-related qualification) • Relevant experience in apparel/textile retail and preferably experience managing a store • Strong numerical aptitude and solid commercial/business acumen • Leadership skills and strong interpersonal competence • Keen interest in fashion and trends • Team player with good communication skills • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite
