📋 Description

• Coordination of daily business operations • Ongoing development of your team through training and coaching • Merchandising – implementation of visual presentation guidelines • Planning of in-store activities • Efficient and effective staff scheduling • Monitoring and analysis of store performance and profitability • Active selling and customer engagement

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial or business-related vocational training • Relevant experience in apparel/textile retail • Ideally experience managing a store • Strong numerical skills and commercial/business acumen • Leadership qualities and strong interpersonal skills • Strong interest in fashion and trends • Team player with good communication skills • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
