📋 Description

• You run your restaurant independently — from daily operations to strategic planning • You are both host and leader: present in the venue, approachable for your team, and actively involved in the day-to-day • You develop your team — providing regular feedback, training, team meetings, and a strong awareness of individual strengths • You create staff schedules, manage inventory, and keep key KPIs and the budget in view • You ensure smooth operations and pitch in where needed — whether at the fryer, helping with deliveries, or interacting with guests • You recruit new team members and ensure a respectful, motivating onboarding process • You ensure compliance with our quality, hygiene, and service standards — with great attention to detail and clear procedures

🎯 Requirements

• You have at least three years of experience in gastronomy or hospitality — ideally with prior leadership experience, e.g., as a team leader or assistant manager • You are a genuine role model: reliable, empathetic, fair, and team-oriented • You know how to lead, motivate, and keep a team moving — even during busy or high-pressure periods • You speak fluent German (at least C1 level) so you can communicate confidently with guests, the team, and partners • You enjoy organizing — and keep a cool head when it comes to staff schedules, budget matters, and process optimization
