📋 Description
• Own the storefront and manage every product page, promotion, and the on-site experience • Drive technology implementations and CRO while collaborating with dev resources • Manage ecommerce technology projects in Jira from start to finish • Ensure quality assurance for all site updates and new features • Analyze ecommerce and site performance metrics to inform decisions • Coordinate cross-functional efforts for website and ecommerce operations
🎯 Requirements
• 5 to 7 years in DTC ecommerce operations • At least 3 years hands-on managing a Shopify Plus storefront • Direct experience configuring and operating a subscription platform within the Shopify Plus ecosystem • Experience managing ecommerce technology projects and implementations using Jira or similar tools • Track record of driving measurable improvements in conversion rate and site performance • Foundational understanding of SEO best practices for ecommerce
