• Primary owner of the commercial team’s processes, leading the operation and maintenance of HubSpot and other systems necessary for the sales operation; • Collect, analyze, interpret, and monitor data and metrics for business units, providing insights to support strategic decision-making; • Build dashboards and reports; • Ensure correct tracking of sales and leads, measuring the contribution and importance of channels; • Support the acquisition team (especially the commercial/sales team) in data analysis, offering insights about databases and the customer journey; • Collaborate with business units to develop efficient and effective processes; • Manage and use tools for data extraction, transformation, and/or loading (ETL); • Operate customer communication platforms (especially HubSpot) and platforms for managing offers and payments; • Organize data from various sources to generate business value; • Promote an analytical culture across the company; • Use data to identify opportunities and help prioritize the team’s efforts to achieve better results; • Perform ad hoc analyses of customer data, processes, and tools.
• Previous experience with HubSpot (including workflows) and commercial/sales teams; • Basic knowledge of SQL (joins) to analyze multiple tables simultaneously; • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; • Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
