• Active lead prospecting: proactively reach out to attract new customers using lists of both qualified and unqualified leads (hunter profile, working with a high volume of calls and interactions via WhatsApp). • Lead qualification: identify customer needs and profile through phone calls and WhatsApp to ensure they are a good fit for our service. • Product presentation: clearly and effectively explain the benefits and value of our service, highlighting the advantages of a recurring subscription. • Sales closing: guide leads through to closing, negotiating price, terms, and answering questions about the service. • Pipeline management: track interactions with leads, maintain consistent communication flow, and record all relevant information in the CRM. • Follow-up: maintain relationships with leads who did not purchase immediately, performing regular follow-ups until a buying decision is made. • Goal achievement: meet established monthly sales targets, focusing on the number of contracts closed and quality of service. • Post-sale follow-up: ensure the customer has a positive experience at the start of their journey, support subscription activation, and encourage renewals.
• Previous experience in B2C sales, especially in phone and WhatsApp-based sales (around 3 years of experience). • Communication skills: ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, both by phone and message, adapting language to each customer profile. • Results and target orientation: commitment to sales targets and ability to work with performance indicators. • Organization: ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously, with good task control and CRM follow-up. • Proactivity: initiative to seek new sales opportunities and continuously follow up with leads. • Knowledge of sales tools: familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) and communication tools (WhatsApp Business, etc.). A plus is prior experience with HubSpot CRM (the sales department's official CRM). • Negotiation skills: ability to understand customer needs and adjust the offer so it is beneficial for both parties. • Desired: • - Experience selling subscription-based products/services. • - Knowledge of the digital market. • - Experience with consultative selling techniques (especially SPIN Selling).
