• Join an early-stage stealth startup as a founding team member • Shape product vision and influence technical direction from day one • Build and optimize backend systems to power an AI-driven platform • Transform a proof of concept into a robust, scalable MVP • Collaborate with the founding team to define product and technical strategy • Take full ownership of features and deliver in a fast-paced startup environment

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of overall engineering experience • 4+ years of Python development • Strong backend development skills and experience building production-ready systems • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Excellent communication skills and a team-player mindset • Spoken English B2 • Experience building systems powered by LLMs (bonus) • Knowledge of DevOps and cloud infrastructure (bonus) • Familiarity with multiple programming languages (Java, C, C++, JavaScript, TypeScript) (bonus)
