📋 Description
• Join our core engineering team, responsible for backend development of AI Agent products • Help build our open-source community and ecosystem around the models and products • Work with top researchers, optimizing model evaluation frameworks from the engineering side • Build data flywheels, and improving model performance
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of work experience • good English reading / writing skills • Solid foundation in CS, networking, and databases • Familiar with Python backend & SDK development; frontend experience is a plus • Highly self-driven, with ownership mindset—aiming not just to complete tasks, but to do them well • Sensitive to product and customer (developer) needs
