📋 Description

• Lead delivery of reliable, high-performing OpenText Cloud solutions • Serve as a technical expert and escalation point for complex operational issues • Drive service excellence and guide best practices • Collaborate across Product Support, IT, Network Operations, and Professional Services • Administer production systems hands-on • Troubleshoot issues and restore services • Help shape the stability, scalability, and success of enterprise cloud environments • Contribute to service levels, system reliability, and client success

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in an IT support or consulting environment supporting enterprise-level, multi-tiered applications • Strong experience working within an ITIL-based service delivery framework • Experience with cloud platform technologies such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure • Solid administration skills across Windows, UNIX/Linux, VMware, Kubernetes, web servers, and application servers including IIS, Apache, Tomcat, and JBoss • Experience with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MySQL • Scripting or programming skills in SQL, Shell, Java, or JavaScript • Excellent communication skills • Strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service and resolving issues efficiently • University/College degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience • Flexibility to participate in rotational shifts and on-call support
