📋 Description
• Perform requirements analysis by investigating business processes and identifying suitable Content Management solutions • Demonstrate product strengths through customer presentations, workshops, and live demonstrations • Prepare and conduct technical workshops with customers • Consult and guide customers toward appropriate technical solutions • Create technical and functional solution documents for software and customer project requirements • Set up Content Management projects with consultants, partners, and customers to ensure successful delivery and implementation • Act as technical and organizational lead, mentor, and expert throughout the project lifecycle • Define and coordinate technical work packages with the Project Manager • Perform quality assurance on work packages with technical subject matter experts • Act as a trusted technical solution advisor for customers • Identify potential opportunities for license sales and projects
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field, or minimum 5 years' experience in information management systems, software development, or IT consulting roles • Proficiency in Finnish or Swedish and English, spoken and written • Good IT background with a technical focus; development skills welcome • Familiarity with IT architecture and systems, including client/server technologies, network architecture, operating systems, databases, cloud, and containerization • Commitment, willingness to learn, and ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and products • Ability to take ownership of technical work packages and coordinate and drive projects to success • Structured approach to working and coordinating technical experts, skills, and resources • Knowledge of core OpenText products such as Extended ECM and Documentum D2 highly beneficial • Very good analytical and conceptual skills for identifying improvements and designing solution concepts • Exposure to OpenText Extended ECM for Microsoft 365 and integration with Teams, SharePoint, and the wider Microsoft 365 platform highly desirable • Additional experience with SAP (ERP, CRM, SuccessFactors) or Salesforce is a plus • Willingness to travel
