📋 Description

• Support enterprise customers by ensuring the stability and performance of OpenText Cloud environments • Troubleshoot complex issues • Administer production systems • Collaborate with Product Support, IT, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams • Resolve critical issues and improve service delivery • Contribute to customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and the success of OpenText cloud solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Experience supporting enterprise-level, multi-tiered applications in an IT or consulting environment • Basic knowledge of Kubernetes • Knowledge of ITIL-based service delivery models • Skills in Windows/UNIX administration • Scripting skills, including .sh, .bat, Java, and JavaScript • Relational database skills, including SQL Server and SQL • Familiarity with IIS, Apache, Tomcat, and JBoss • Strong troubleshooting abilities • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
