📋 Description

• Covering the 24/7 on-call line. • Helping users feel heard, grounded, and supported during moments of acute stress, anxiety, or panic. • Guiding users towards the right next step based on a clear protocol. • Documenting and handing over input to the day team when needed. • Participating in structured learning including intervision sessions, case reflections, and expert-led discussions.

🎯 Requirements

• Holds a Master’s degree in Psychology • Has 1–3 years of experience in psychological support, coaching, or related settings • Is highly reliable, reflective and motivated to learn through practice • Has native-level fluency in German, and strong English communication skills • Feels confident explaining processes, setting expectations, and redirecting users when needed • Understands the difference between support, guidance, and therapy • Is tech-savvy and comfortable working with digital tools and protocols • Owns a laptop/computer with Windows 10 or later, or MacOS Ventura or later, with antivirus enabled • Can work independently, follow clear procedures, and take responsibility during on-call shifts
