📋 Description

• Work in close collaboration with the Chorus Direction • Responsible for personnel administration and the organization of rehearsals and performances • Prepare schedules and monitor the attendance of chorus members • Conduct auditions for vacant positions

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience working with singers in a professional setting, ideally at an opera house • Musical knowledge, especially of standard operatic chorus repertoire • Strong, proactive organizational and communication skills • Team spirit, commitment, flexibility and social competence • Confident presence and assertiveness • Willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with Theasoft is desirable
