📋 Description

• Design and implementation of new digital projects (e.g., MS 365 rollout) • Mapping business processes and configuring them in the ERP system, including end-user training • Designing and customizing analyses (dashboards, reports) and workflow scripts • System administration for the ERP system • Monitoring budgets and schedules • Communication with external and internal project stakeholders • Organizing IT security measures • Securing third-party funding and preparing grant applications

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration (BWL), Business Administration, or IT Management, or equivalent qualifications • Experience in project management and implementing digital solutions (preferably in ERP projects) • Strong communication and facilitation skills • Familiarity with ERP applications and relational databases • Basic knowledge of SQL, VBScript, and Excel Power Query • Interest in and enthusiasm for the cultural sector and teamwork
